Lianne Lyne, MSc, PCC
Founder & Executive Coach
As an executive coach, leadership coach, and team coach with 15+ years’ global experience, I have coached senior leaders and their teams across a broad cross-section of industries, including automotive, banking, healthcare, tech, manufacturing, marketing and media, commercial real estate, etc.
My focus is working with successful women who are called "too tough" but don't see themselves that way. I have helped female executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Amazon, Nike, Ford, McDonald's, and Walgreens find a win-win and have also coached senior leaders from Target, Johnson & Johnson, Stellantis, C&W, Boehringer Ingelheim, NFL, and Wiley, among others.
I am honored to have been one of the first female sport psychology consultants to work in the English Premier League and with my background and training in sport psychology, I help my clients develop mental toughness - a significant factor in enhancing performance, creating wellbeing, and developing positive behaviors.
I have written for Forbes and been featured on BBC 5Live.
I have created and delivered virtual webinars to over 10,000 employees and was previously subject matter expert and training facilitator for Lincoln Motor Company, training 728 dealers from 139 dealerships and leading 126 group coaching sessions over three months.
I leverage current research and a variety of leadership and coaching frameworks and methodologies from the fields of humanistic psychology, positive psychology, neuropsychology, and mindfulness to support leaders to drive significant impacts by developing capabilities in areas such as emotional intelligence, executive presence, executive communication, team building, influencing others, and coaching and developing other leaders.
